Question 2

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Your order is ready in two parts: production first, then international courier delivery. Production takes the turnaround shown on your product (normally 2 to 4 working days, counted from artwork approval). Once your items are finished, international delivery to Singapore adds about 3 working days for the courier leg, plus 1 to 2 more days for customs clearance and final delivery. Add those up and you get a realistic arrival window. It is worth allowing a little extra buffer for weather, busy season or courier congestion, because couriers can occasionally run behind schedule - so if you have a strict deadline, do not order on the very last day.
