Can I track my order?

Deliveries are made by courier between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, to the street address on your order. To work out when your parcel should arrive, add the two stages together: production (normally 2 to 4 working days from artwork approval) plus courier transit to Singapore, about 3 working days for the courier leg plus 1 to 2 more days for customs clearance and final delivery. Allow a little extra buffer for weather, busy season or courier congestion, so it is best not to leave a strict deadline to the last day. We email your tracking details as soon as the order is dispatched; if you need help before then, contact our support team and we will follow it up with the courier.
